Movement at KALM

Movement at KALM is intentional, unrushed, and built around recovery. Our 50-minute classes come in four formats: two ambient and two red light therapy. You can choose strength, flow, or the deep release of heat, depending on what your body is asking for. Every class is designed to meet you where you are, whether you're tired, overstimulated, or simply ready to come back to yourself.

This restorative practice blends gentle movement, mobility work, mindful stretching, and supported poses to help release physical tension and cultivate a profound sense of ease.  Our red light therapy mats will help support muscle recovery and nervous system balance that helps you recharge both physically and mentally in just a few quiet minutes. Moments of stillness allow the benefits of the practice to settle in, quieting the mind and calming the nervous system.  Leave feeling lighter, looser and deeply restored.

This deeply restorative practice blends gentle movement, mobility work, mindful stretching, and supported poses to help release physical tension and cultivate a profound sense of ease.  Each movement is an invitation to explore—not force—greater range of motion and flexibility. Breath guides the practice as you gradually unwind areas of tightness and create space throughout the body. Moments of stillness allow the benefits of the practice to settle in, quieting the mind and calming the nervous system.
