From the moment you arrive, everything at KALM is designed to help you slow down. You’ll be welcomed into a calm, thoughtfully curated space where each experience is guided, intentional, and unrushed. Our team will walk you through everything from the moment you arrive. No prior experience needed. Just let us know if you have any preferences or sensitivities and we'll take care of the rest.

THE CYCLE REPEAT 2–3 TIMES
- 10-15 minutes in the infrared sauna
- Allow the body to unwind
- Release tension
- Remain fully present
- 1-3 minutes in the cold plunge
- 2-3 minutes resting between rounds
CONTRAST THERAPY FIRST VISIT

ARRIVE & PREPARE
- Check in and settle into the space
- Receive your locker, change, hydrate
- Change and store belongings
- Take a rinse before the sauna
- Slow down and hydrate

RESET & RETURN
- A final rinse to close the practice
- Hydrate and take a few quiet minutes
- Exit when ready
- Rest, rewarm, and repeat
- Rinse, reset, see you soon

THE PRACTICE
- 45-minute instructor-led class
- Infrared mat Pilates, Infrared Yoga
- Focus on breath, mobility, and control
- Build strength, stability, and body awareness
- Move at your pace, modifications always offered
- Never more than 10 students, so your instructor sees you
MOVEMENT FIRST VISIT

- Take a few quiet minutes
