- Enter the cedar sauna for 10–15 minutes
- Breathe deeply, allow the body to unwind
- Optional aromatherapy with essential oils
- Phones remain in lockers for full presence
CONTRAST THERAPY

- Check in at reception
- Receive wristband or locker access
- Change into a robe, store belongings
- Optional warm shower
- Relax with infused water before your session

- Build strength and stability through intentional movement
- Prepare the body for contrast therapy
